Thank you for choosing Atelier Irva. Each piece in our collection is made with intention, craftsmanship, and care. This Shipping Policy outlines important details about how and when your order will be delivered.

Production & Processing Time
Because Atelier Irva jewelry is made to order, please allow time for creation before shipment.

  • Production Timeline: Each piece is handcrafted and requires 4–6 weeks for production. You will receive an update once your item enters the production phase.

  • Order Processing: Once production is complete, your order will be carefully inspected, packaged, and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers in the United States and select international locations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us at support@atelierirva.com.

Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.

  • U.S. Orders:

    • Standard (3–5 business days): Complimentary for orders over $500

    • Expedited options available at checkout

  • International Orders:

    • Delivery times vary by location and customs processing

    • Duties and taxes may be assessed upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For international orders, customs duties and VAT are not included in your checkout total unless otherwise stated. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured during transit. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@atelierirva.com within 7 days of the delivery date to initiate a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to make a change after placing your order, email us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after 24 hours.

Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
All Atelier Irva pieces are made to order. Estimated production timelines are clearly stated on each product page and confirmed at checkout. We do not keep inventory on hand, and early pre-orders help us minimize waste and align with our sustainability values.
